What is the blush color for a dark blue shirt? 3
Which color of eye shadow is best with a navy blue shirt? I also have a brother's eyes, if that makes a difference. I was thinking of using a shiny eye shadow, but I'm not sure it would match my outfit. Thanks in advance!
I think a sibling or gold shade would work better on a dark blue dress. I'm not an expert, but if I wear a navy blue or navy blue shirt, I wear a neutral shade with the same color. If you have an urban feed palette, any of these eye shadow colors will look great.

Well, it really depends. If you are looking for a beautiful but beautiful shape, go with your ideas. A good shade of purple is perfect if you really want to brighten your eyes. But I helped !! =)
I'm not an expert or anything, but I don't think anyone should put eye shadow on a shirt. I don't think it will work.
