I can't open the bottle! Help?!? 1? 3

So I really struggled to open the bottle for 10 minutes, it's not a twist cap, it's a weird looking hat, I twisted it and tried to grab it from below.

That's exactly what it looks like.

Try to keep the lid under water for a few seconds. This will make the lid a little wider. Then try installing them.

I know you can run it underwater and it will work. Usually done by me.
