If you can post the version you are working on here so we can read it and see what's in it ... it will be very helpful.
The only thing that comes to mind is when you buy sliced roma tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil and cook until all the liquid has evaporated and you use tsetse in your recipe.
I don't understand why. It can be watery tea. I don't like the texture of sun-dried tomatoes. Can you substitute olives?
I definitely prefer fresh vegetables. I don't like most fruit acids.
