Well, if you can find a piece of pager anywhere, you can import it into Windows Movie Maker and add it to Audio \ Music where your word is. But this is the most obvious way. I'm not sure there is a real way to do that.
Not directly, but you can be creative.
One way to beep in WMM is to look for another audio file and if there are any bad words you can put the audio there.
Another easy way to get beeps is to mute the sound in this section. For this section, just mute and mute, then right-click and mute.
