The only “published” way to get to the secret falls is kayaking the Wailua River to the trail head. We rented our kayak from the Kamokila Hawaiian Village (rental comes with map and directions to the trail head). Easy paddle; Village tells you that it takes 15 minutes to kayak to the trail, we made it in 8.
